EXCEEDING GREAT AND PRECIOUS PROMISES

 Eph. 3:20  (KJV) - Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Eph 3:20  (TPT) - Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination!  He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you. 

 

1 John 5:14, 15  (KJV) - And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:  And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

1 John 5:14, 15  (TPT) - Since we have this confidence, we can also have  boldness before him, for if we ask anything agreeable to his will, he will hear us.   And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we also know that we have obtained the requests we ask of him. 

 

John 16:23, 24 - (KJV) - Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you…..ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.  

 

Luke 11:2 (KJV) - And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

IT'S NOT IN YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING

Prov. 3:5, 6  (KJV) - Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Prov. 3:5, 6  (AMPC) Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.  In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.

Proverbs 19:21  (AMPC) - Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will stand.

 

THE HELPER, THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOU

Col. 1:9  (AMPC) - For this reason we also, from the day we heard of it, have not ceased to pray and make [special] request for you, [asking] that you may be filled with the full (deep and clear) knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom in comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God] and in understanding and discernment of spiritual things—

John 16:13  (AMPC) - But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].

Eph. 6:18. (DARBY Translation) - praying at all seasons, with all prayer and supplication in [the] Spirit, and watching unto this very thing with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints;

Rom. 8:26. (DARBY Translation) And in like manner the Spirit joins also its help to our weakness; for we do not know what we should pray for as is fitting, but the Spirit itself makes intercession with groanings which cannot be uttered.

 

THE WILL OF GOD IS WHERE THE PEACE IS

Col. 3:15  (AMPC) - And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts [deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that peaceful state] to which as [members of Christ’s] one body you were also called [to live]. And be thankful (appreciative), [giving praise to God always].

Col. 3:15. (The VOICE) Let your hearts fall under the rule of the Anointed’s peace (the peace you were called to as one body), and be thankful.

Psalm 85:8. (KJV) I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people…..
